VFLW SF team: Roos' season on the line against Seagulls

15 August 2025

North Melbourne Werribee has made two changes ahead of a knockout VFLW semi-final against Williamstown at Arden St Oval on Sunday.

The minor premiers were defeated by Collingwood in last weekend's qualifying final, leaving their season on the line against the Seagulls.

The experienced Bridget Deed comes back into the side after being a late withdrawal on gameday against the Magpies due to an ankle injury.

Small forward Aisling Tupper has also been selected after missing last week's match.

Georgia Nicholas and Courtney Ugle have both been omitted this week.

The last meeting between the Kangaroos and Seagulls six weeks ago was a close contest, with North Melbourne Werribee winning by 21 points at DSV Stadium.

Sunday's opening bounce at Arden St will be at 12.05pm AEST.
