After back-to-back home games, Werribee will hit the road this week to face Williamstown at DSV Stadium in a crucial clash for both clubs.

It’s the second meeting between the sides in 2025, with Werribee claiming a 20-point win in their earlier encounter at Melbourne Avalon Airport Oval.

Werribee will be looking to bounce back after a narrow two-point loss to Geelong last Saturday, where a five-goal final quarter fell just short as the Cats held on.

Currently sitting 12th with a 5-6 record, a win would level the Tigers' ledger and push them into a wildcard position.

The match also carries plenty of importance for Williamstown, who have put together a strong season and sit ninth on the ladder, just one win outside the top four.

They enter the Round 13 clash in hot form, having won their last five matches, including a 56-point victory over Brisbane in Round 11 before last week’s bye.
