Werribee is gearing up for its second practice match this Saturday, heading to Ballarat to face the Northern Bullants as part of the VFL standalone practice match carnival.

The team will have the opportunity to play at a premier regional venue, with the triple-header taking place at MARS Stadium. Werribee will feature in the final game of the day, kicking off at 4:30 pm.

All three matches will consist of 25-minute quarters with no time-on.

Now in its third year, the practice match carnival will once again showcase Coburg, Frankston, Port Melbourne, Northern Bullants, Werribee, and Williamstown in a full day of matchups ahead of the 2025 Smithy’s VFL season.

Entry to MARS Stadium is FREE, and the match will be live-streamed via this link. For Werribee fans unable to attend in person, this will be the only chance to see the club’s young list in action via stream before Round 1.
