A dominant night for the club at Monday night’s VFL Awards was capped off with star midfielder Dom Brew winning his first J.J. Liston Trophy.
Brew became the second Werribee player in three years to win the league’s top honour, after the inside midfielder was rewarded with the Liston as the runaway winner at the conclusion of Round 17.

A mainstay in Werribee’s lineup since joining in 2018, Henderson has played 106 of a possible 107 games. After a career-best season that earned him Team of the Year honors, he’s now set to train with AFL clubs in the 2025 pre-season for a potential SSP list spot.

Clark will have the vastly experienced pair of Dom Brew (vice-captain) and Louis Pinnuck (deputy vice-captain) beside him, plus Angus Hicks and Jay Dahlhaus in the main leadership group.
