Western Football Netball League:
Michael Selsby - Yarraville Seddon Eagles

Geelong Football Netball League:
Mitch Chafer - Grovedale
Grovedale won their consecutive second game, defeating North Shore in a close affair, as Chafer was again named best-on-ground for the Tigers as he continues to stack together impressive performances in his return from his long-term injury. Chafer was everywhere in the win, with the forward finding 26 disposals, seven marks, and was extremely dangerous in front of goal, finishing the afternoon with four goals.
Olivier Northam - St. Joseph’s
Northam again stuffed the stat sheet as St. Joseph’s continue their undefeated start to the 2024 season. The ruckman won 37 hitouts, while also having 19 disposals, where he went at an effective 84%, 14 contested possessions, eight clearances and eight inside 50s.
Charlie Byrne - Newtown & Chilwell
In a challenging match for Newtown, Byrne demonstrated versatility by playing at both ends of the field. Initially a defender, he showed promise as a pressure forward. As Newtown went down to third place Leopold by 11 goals, Byrne threatened up forward and finished the day with four tackles inside 50.
Emmanuel Ajang - Geelong West Giants
Ajang had a solid performance playing a mix of forward and midfield as Geelong West went down to South Barwon. He tallied 15 disposals, including nine contested possessions, four clearances, and four inside 50s, showcasing his strength in the inside game once again.
Essendon District Football League:
Reuben William - Keilor

Cam McLeod - Aberfeldie
Played a solid game at both ends as Aberfeldie narrowly went down to Matt Hanson’s Airport West by seven points, with their comeback falling just short, trailing by over three goals at three-quarter time. McLeod played half-back in the first half and moved forward after half-time, where he provided an option all half. His afternoon ended with 14 disposals, at an effective 71%, four inside 50s, and three marks.
