16 December 2022
Werribee has lured another ex-Geelong Falcon to Avalon Airport Oval with Noah Lever crossing from Williamstown.
Lever made his VFL debut in round seven this year and impressed with his work around the contest in 10 games for the Seagulls.
The 20-year-old midfielder has the ability to win the ball on both the inside and outside and averaged five tackles per game in 2022.
Werribee football manager Mark Micallef said the club was delighted to have Lever sign.
“Noah is a player we had on our radar going back beyond the past year,” he said.
“He’s a person of impeccable character and is really wanting to build something special with his new teammates, a number of which he’s known for a while.
“Noah displayed some really good attributes at VFL level this year and, as a versatile midfielder with the ability to work from contest to contest, we’re excited to have him come on board.”
