Werribee takes on Essendon in a must-win match at Windy Hill on Sunday.

After three consecutive losses Werribee needs to win its final two home and away games and rely on other results to secure a place in the top eight. 

Round 21 opponents Essendon are arguably the form side of the competition having triumphed in their past three matches to advance to 7-10 in 2022. 

TEAM NEWS
Lochie Smart and Harry Stubbings come into the side to play Essendon and will make their third and fourth appearances of the season respectively. The pair have been named at the expense of Saad El-Hawli and Marty Brennan.
