Off the back of Werribee evening its season ledger on Saturday, attention now turns to arch rivals Williamstown Football Club in an ANZAC Day clash.

The blockbuster will be played under lights at DSV Stadium, starting at 7:05pm on Saturday night.

The prime-time matchup between the western suburbs rivals has become a recent tradition. The sides have shared the past two ANZAC Day clashes, while also splitting their season series in both 2024 and 2025.

Werribee enters the clash sitting just one spot outside the wildcard positions in 11th after Round 4. After opening the season with an impressive away win over Gold Coast Suns, the side dropped the next two before responding with a 22-point win over Frankston last Saturday to move to 2-2.

Williamstown has started the season strongly and sits inside the top four, undefeated from three matches. The Seagulls were convincing in Round 4, defeating Southport by 53 points after winning their opening two games by a combined seven points.

Werribee members can purchase half-priced away tickets for the clash. Fans are encouraged to secure a membership to access away ticket discounts and free entry to Werribee’s remaining eight home games at Melbourne Avalon Airport Oval.
