Injury update: June 5

The good news from the weekend keeps coming for Werribee, which has emerged unscathed on the injury front at both the VFL and the local level.

There were no injury concerns to emerge from Saturday’s breakthrough win over the Box Hill Hawks, while all players in action elsewhere across the state also came out with a clean bill of health.

Among those playing in the local leagues were the recently returned Max Augerinos and Harrison King, who made further progression along the comeback trail from injury in their respective outings with St Mary's and Bacchus Marsh.

In further promising news, injured defender Louis Pinnuck has received confirmation he will not require surgery to his sindesmosis and will now undergo an expected 6-8 week rehabilitation process.
